Yoga Mandir offers a diverse range of programs and classes for students of all ages and abilities.

Practitioner Programs

Our 10-week Yogasana course immerses students in the principles (philosophy) and practice of Yoga, and provide a staged pathway for learning. 

Introduction To Iyengar Yoga Methodology is the entry point for those new to Iyengar Yoga and is either a single 10-week course or five day intensive.   For further information on these options click here.

Students who are new to the Institute but who have done a significant amount of Iyengar Yoga before may negotiate entry via one of the Foundation programs

Open Classes

These 90 minute classes run 7 days a week and expose students to the principles (philosophy) and practice of Yoga.  Classes can be attended on a casual basis or by purchasing a 10 class card.  Click here for more information.

Early Morning Dynamic Classes & Membership.  

These 60 minute classes are active early morning classes with a focus on movement.  Attendance by membership or on a casual basis. Click here for more information.

Lunchtime Asana Classes

These 60 minute classes offer students working in the nearby area an opportunity to attend a class during their lunch break.  Click here for more information,

Children’s and Young Adults Program
