Children/ Young Adults

Let your child experience the benefits of Yoga. Children’s classes are designed to be fun and energetic, with a focus on body awareness, concentration and relaxation. The sequences of yoga asanas will let children experience joy and freedom.   Our yoga for young adults is grounded in the principles of ‘mobility and stability in body and mind’ as students come towards the end of their high school years along with all the changes and demands that are encountered during this period.  
 Our teachers are highly trained certified Iyengar Yoga teachers. They participate in ongoing teacher development, and have extensive experience as practitioners of Yoga. Our team have all received Working with Vulnerable People Clearance 


Children's Yoga Classes

There are two age groups for our children's classes: 5-10 year olds with Caroline Plunkett and 11-14 year olds with Sally Mumford. Both classes are held at the same time to provide greater flexibility for families with children of different ages. Each class is 45 minutes as part of a 10-week enrolment during public school terms.
