Things to know
Clothing
Wear comfortable clothes. T-shirt and shorts or leggings are common. Bare feet are best to avoid slipping.
Hydration
Our classes are not heated beyond normal so there’s no need to drink whilst you practice, but do drink before and after class. Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach.
Equipment
Our classes will require some basic equipment a mat, belt, two blocks and two blankets. Personal Practice Kits are available for purchase from our website and can be collected when you attend your first class. For all other equipment needs we recommend iYoga Props.
Online access
All classes have both STUDIO (face to face) and VIRTUAL (online) attendance. Online classes are delivered via ZOOM. When you book in for a class you will receive an email confirming your booking. Just before the class begins, you will receive another email with a link so that you can join the class. This link will be sent 15 minutes prior to the class.
