Each year Yoga Mandir holds a week long Summer Intensive for beginners. The intensive runs for five consecutive days from the 28 January -1 February, with classes in the morning and evening (7.00-8.15am & 5.45-7.00pm). If you’re new to Iyengar Yoga and want to sample to benefits of our practice or to direct the energy from a New Year’s resolution, then this is for you.
The Summer Intensive is a great way to dive into yoga and delivers the underpinnings to enter a Foundation Level practitioner course in Term 1 2019. Iyengar Yoga is taught systematically with a focus on alignment and precision. The integration for body, breath and mind is central to our practice. So ‘tune in, turn on and drop down’ to experience the body, breath and mind when you begin Iyengar Yoga.
