This term's Early Morning Intensive will run in Weeks 5 & 6 from Monday 14 to Thursday 24 August.
The Intensive runs from Monday to Thursday over two consecutive weeks with classes from 6.30-9.00am. Through Intensives students become involved in a more diverse range of yogasana and pranayama. They often experience a deepening committment to practice because the longer sessions (2 1/2 hours) over 8 days support greater integration of the practice experience.
