The first year of a new born’s life is full of change and exploration and this period is often the busiest for new parents. Mothers have little time for themselves to practice as their bodies regain stability. Our mother baby class lets mothers bring babies to class so that mothers can do yoga together whilst keeping a watchful eye on their baby. These classes offer relief from the physical demands of the early months after birth and a lovely way to be with other mothers and babies.
