During the Term 1 holiday period, Caroline Plunkett will be running a weekend workshop called Women's Health Essentials. The workshop will run over two days on Saturday 21 & Sunday 22 April with one session daily from 8.00-11.00am.
Participation in this workshop will provide women with a greater understanding of how to practice during their monthly cycle and will equip them with techniques and modifications to ensure that their experience within class or Led practice is more supported, calming and healthy.
Women's Health Essentials covers the very basics of adjusting asanas during menstruation. As such practitioners who have completed the Introduction to Iyengar Yoga courses are eligible to participate. More experienced practitioners are also welcome to attend.
