This tutorial provides instructions on how to create a student account and make a booking for your child on our website. To create a student account our website requires that each user has its own unique email address. If you already have a student account with your email attached, you cannot use that email address for your child’s account.
If you have a valid email address that is not currently being used, follow the instructions below to create a user account for your child.
To make a booking for your child.
If you have your own user account but do not have a second email address, follow the instructions below to make a booking for your child and the office will create a user account for your child.
No. We initially allowed the sharing of email addresses so for example a couple could use the one email address for multiple accounts but this caused problems with the system. It is now required that only unique email addresses should be used for each user account.
Most Internet Service Providers (ISP) provide additional email addresses so you should be able to contact your ISP and ask for an additional email address. It may be then possible to auto forward all emails to your main ISP account.
When your order has been reviewed by the office administrator, your order will be marked as completed and you will automatically receive an email informing you of this update.
Once your order has been marked as completed you will have access to the file by going to your profile page at www.yogamandir.com.au/user and clicking on the 'Files' menu tab.
On the 'Files' page you should be able to see all of the files that have been purchased. You have 7 days from the day your order was processed to click on the 'Download' button to play a specific audio file. You can play it up to 4 times during this period.
To actually store the file on your computer or other device so you can listen to it after the 7 day period has expired, right click on the 'Download' button and select ‘Save link as’ and then the preferred destination folder.
If you have forgotten your password or username you can try requesting a new password by visiting https://www.yogamandir.com.au/user/password.
You will need either your username or your email address. Enter one of these and then press the "E-mail new password" button.
An email will be sent to you which contains a link that you must click on to change your password.
