This 75-minute class prepares students who are new to Iyengar yoga for participation in our Slow
Yoga Mandir aligns with the ACT public school terms. Some of our programs run only during term whilst our classes are ongoing. During public holidays and term breaks we adjust our timetables or run workshops or intensives.
