The Intensive spans five consecutive days from Monday to Friday, featuring sessions each morning from 6:30 to 9:00 a.m., encompassing both asana and pranayama practices.
This presents an excellent opportunity to engage in daily practice and delve into the advantages of pranayama exercises for overall well-being.

Each morning commences with a 90-minute asana class led by Alan, followed by a brief transition leading into a 45-minute Pranayama session. Throughout the week, we progressively build upon each session to enhance knowledge through practical experience.
