Alan Goode conducts a residential retreat each year in the first week of January. The Retreat is focused on reflective practice.

Join us for this five day residential retreat with early morning pranayama and two asana classes each day along with beautiful vegetarian food prepared along Ayurvedic principles. Nestled in a tree filled valley adjacent to the Royal National Park south of Sydney with a spectacular coastline, this is an exquisite venue to host our annual Yoga Retreat. There is easy access by train and a spectacular coastline makes this an exquisite venue to host our practice. Arrivals on Monday 6 January are from 3.00pm onwards. There will be an optional led sequence from 4.30-6.00pm for those students who have arrived early. Dinner will be at 6.30pm for all students. The Retreat runs through to Saturday 11 January at 4pm and is suitable for all levels of student.

The cost for 2019 was $1430 which includes accommodation, food and tuition. This will be confirmed prior to opening bookings based on confirmation of the venue fees.
A deposit of $250 will secure your place on the Retreat and the balance of payment is due by 15 December 2019.

WHAT TO BRING
Students are required to supply their own Yoga equipment.
- Yoga mat, blocks & belt
- Yoga blankets
- Bath towel (bedding now provided by Govinda Valley).
- Raincoat or umbrella
- Insect repellant/ sun block

The retreat centre has a no meat, no fish, no eggs, no smoking, no alcohol and no illegal drugs policy. We require that all people attending the retreat adhere to this policy.
