Let your teenager experience the benefits of Iyengar Yoga. Our Yoga classes for teens are designed to be fun and energetic, with a focus on body awareness, concentration and relaxation. Students in the 11-15 year old group are challenged to extend themselves both physically and mentally in a safe and non-competitive environment. Classes run for 45 minutes and align with the public school term.
When - Wednesday 4.00-4.45pm
Where - Studio 1
Payment - $100 (10 week enrolment)
Students may enrol at any time throughout the term and a prorata payment will be calculated.
Prorata enrolments must be organised through the office.

Our teachers are minimum 3 years trained certified Iyengar Yoga teachers. They participate in ongoing teacher development, and have extensive experience as practitioners of Yoga.
Our team have all received Working with Vulnerable People Clearance.
Our Teenage Yoga classes are not suitable for individuals with significant medical conditions or injuries.
