Yes, Iyengar Yoga Australia requires those entering teacher training to have completed 3 years of Iyengar Yoga or 300 hours of classes with a certified teacher prior to commencing training. We advise students wishing to train as teachers to have a home practice prior to commencing training. Many of our current trainees have undergone the year long Sadhaka program prior to an application to train as teachers 

Yes our Teacher Training Program provides for both local and interstate enrolment. Those wishng to enrol are advised to do a prospective applicant intensive prior to applying
