Having trouble logging in?
If you have created a user account on the website, but cannot log in to make a booking, it may be your browser settings. Some of these settings affect the Punchpass website from displaying correctly.
If you’re having trouble logging into Punchpass, first try resetting your password using the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Make sure you are using the same email address you used to register for classes. If you still can’t access your account, please contact us and we’ll help you get back in.
How do I purchase classes at Yoga Mandir
To register, go to our home page and CLICK on PASSES on the top right corner. Select the pass you want to purchase and follow the prompts for finalising the payment.
Once you have purchased a pass, go to the timetable tab at the top of the page, click on CLASSES and follow the steps to make a booking.
You will be sent a custom link and a login invitation to create an account in Punchpass. Follow the prompts to finalise your account.
Online Classes
Students who book for an online class will receive an email link 30 minutes prior to the class start. When you attend an online class, please remember to mute yourself on arrival. Shortly after the class you will receive a recording that will be valid for three days.
How do I cancel a booking
If you can no longer attend a class or appointment, you can easily cancel your booking through Punchpass.
1. Log in to your Punchpass account.
2 Go to My Bookings or Schedule.
3. Find the class or appointment you wish to cancel.
4. Click Cancel next to the booking.
5. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Please note:
Cancellations must be made 2 hours prior to Studio classes and 30 minutes prior to Remote classes.
Late cancellations or missed classes will be charged to your class page.

Why am I not receiving email updates from Yoga Mandir
If you have not received recent communications from Yoga Mandir, you will need to register on our website and click on Newsletter Signup. You will then be prompted to provide your details and click on Send. You will be notified of further updates to the Institute’s programs as they arise.
How do I apply for a Hardship Pass
Yoga Mandir offers a hardship pass for people who wish to attend classes but are struggling financially. These passes are available to anyone who applies. If you would like to apply for a hardship pass, please do not hesitate to contact us at office@yogamandir.com.au. Hardship passes can be renewed at any time
How do I buy someone else a Hardship Pass
Yoga Mandir welcomes donations from individuals who would like to support someone experiencing financial hardship. You can contribute any amount toward a hardship pass, or donate toward an Unlimited Monthly Pass. In some cases, Yoga Mandir will match donations to help provide access for students in need.

To purchase a gift voucher for a student attending Yoga Mandir, visit the Yoga Mandir Gift Cards page and select the gift card or donation option you would like to purchase. Gift cards can be used by the recipient to purchase class passes and book classes through Punchpass.
After completing your purchase through Punchpass, the recipient will receive the gift voucher by email along with instructions for redeeming it through their Punchpass account. If you would like to contribute toward a hardship pass, you can also select a custom hardship donation amount or donate toward an Unlimited Monthly Pass.
Online Class Recordings
Students who book for Remote attendance will receive an email link 30 minutes prior to the class start.
Once the class finishes, students will receive a link to the class recording. Recordings are available for 3 days after the class finishes.
Which pass is right for me?
Yoga Mandir offers a range of class passes to suit how often you practice and the level of commitment you want.
Single Class Pass – Ideal if you want to attend occasionally or try a class without committing.
10 Class Pass – Best if you practice regularly but prefer flexibility. Valid for 90 days and can be used across studio and remote classes.
Unlimited Monthly Pass – Best for committed students practicing frequently. This pass includes unlimited studio and remote classes, and also provides access to Pranayama resources and Class Archives via Yoga Vidya Study.
Concession Passes – Available at a reduced rate for eligible students (such as full-time students and healthcare card holders).
Welcome Passes (New Students Only) – One-time introductory options for new students, including a 10-class pass or unlimited month to explore different class levels.
If you’re unsure, the 10 Class Pass offers a flexible way to explore classes before moving to a more regular practice.

Yoga Mandir offers classes for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
Beginner Basics – Ideal if you’re new to yoga or returning after a break.
Foundations – Builds confidence through standing poses, twists, and forward bends.
Developing – Deepens practice through longer sequences and greater focus.
Established & Mature – For experienced students developing steadiness and self-awareness in practice.
Asana Classes – Progressive levels exploring body, breath, focus, and mind.
Slow Paced – A careful, methodical approach to learning yoga principles.
Restorative – Gentle, calming practices to restore balance and relaxation.
Pranayama – Breathing practices to support clarity, focus, and nervous system balance.
Therapy & One-on-One – Personalised support for injuries, health concerns, or individual guidance.

Class Archives (Yoga Vidya Study Platform)
Yoga Mandir’s Class Archives are available through the Yoga Vidya study platform and provide access to a library of recorded classes and supporting material to support ongoing practice at home.
The archives include classes across Foundation, Developing, and Experienced levels, as well as Pranayama, Slow Paced, and Restorative practices, drawn from live studio and online teaching. They are designed to help students revisit, consolidate, and deepen their understanding of practice over time.
Access is available to enrolled students, with monthly pass holders able to use the class archives at no additional cost.
